So happy I found this garage! My dad sadly passed away and due to his illness his Porsche boxster had been left neglected for a couple of years. The advice and support from Patrick and the team was so good, they helped and advised us from day 1 of contact, we were informed step by step of the issues encountered and given detailed info on what was needed with an accurate estimate. Once the job was complete Patrick took me out in the vehicle to help me get to grips with driving it and gave detailed advice on a couple of additional jobs like the wheels and roof elastic. In April had a serious fault develop which immobilised my 911 requiring it to be trailered to William Hewitt for diagnosis and repair. Excellent service from Patrick and his staff, keeping me informed of the problem and the progress in fixing it. Straightforward and explaining in details any queries I had. William Hewitt really saved us today. We were on the way to Holkham Beach and three hours from home when it started to rain heavily. To our dismay, our windscreen wipers would not work. A really unsafe moment with the whole family in the car. Didn’t know at the time, but it turned out our regular mechanic back home had forgotten to reset the wipers after taking them off during a service yesterday. Luckily we spotted the William Hewitt garage and pulled in. The team were about to close up for the day, but took the time to figure out the problem and quickly fix it. These guys were saviours as our Macan was drinking Coolant and my wife was on her own in Norfolk. On contacting them they looked at it same day and found a bad leak…ordered the part and fixed it….they even lent her a car to use

Patrick has looked after 2 911s for me. The second one with a full engine rebuild and other tweaks and has done 30 000 faultless miles since.
Earlier this year I presented him with a single seater one off "special" car built by at least 3 different people and intended as a sprint/hill climb car.
Much had been bodged, and over the last few months the team have gone through the car - sorted wiring, transmission, suspension, serviced the GSXR 1100 engine, sorted brakes, body work rivets, frame, harness, dashboard, lights hooter etc etc.

Amazing team. Results superb. My 911 will be back in for its winter service/check over next and as with the single seater I leave it to Patrick to do whatever needs to be done.

Patrick and his team offer something money can't buy - EXPERIENCE. WHP should be the first place you take a Porsche, especially an older one like my 06 Cayman. Considerably cheaper than the main dealer with an expertise second to none.

I've had work done several times at WHewitt Porsche, all most satisfactory. Most recently a complete suspension overhaul and repair on my Porsche 996. My car is now transformed. I would recommend a visit and discussion with Patrick on your requirements.

Earlier today we were travelling from Fakenham to Wells when we became aware that we had a rapidly deflating tyre.
We pulled off the road outside the William Hewitt Porsche garage at Bunkers Hill in Egmere Walsingham.
A lucky choice despite our 1 litre Corsa looking a little out of place there.
We spoke to the garage owner, Patrick O'Brien, who dropped everything to help. He instantly diagnosed a split tyre valve. He had us back on the road with a new valve in minutes.
The garage advertises that they carry out all work on all makes and models of vehicles, they obviously mean it.
A Good Samaritan in our hour of need.

Padge has just completed my interim service and mot on my Carrera 4 996, as always car drives so smoothly after being serviced. Also fitted new twin exhaust tips on the stainless exhaust he fitted last year sounds stunning! I always feel looked after by Padge, gives honest information, allows you to choose what you want to get done and what can be delayed, plus what parts you want to have, genuine or non-genuine. Overall takes the panic away from owning a classic car that can get expensive!
